Thank you for considering becoming a billet family for the Chestermere Mustangs. Opening your home to one of our players is one of the most meaningful contributions you can make — giving a young athlete a safe, supportive place to live while they chase their goals on and off the ice.
What Billeting Involves

Home & Meals
A private furnished bedroom, three healthy meals a day, and access to laundry and internet — a real home base for the season.

Support & Communication
Treat your player like family: encouragement, consistency, and help easing the adjustment to a new city — with open communication with parents and our staff.

What You Don't Cover
Equipment, cell phones, vehicle costs, medical expenses, and transportation stay with the player's family — not the billet family.
Player Commitments
- Respect the family, house rules, and curfew
- Keep their room clean and help with chores
- Attend school, practices, and games
- Zero drugs, alcohol, vaping, or smoking
- Represent the Mustangs professionally at all times
Zero Tolerance
- Bullying, harassment, or hazing
- Abuse, violence, or discrimination
- Alcohol or drug misuse
