Born in Montreal, Quebec, and raised in Calgary, Alberta Adam played his junior hockey career with the Fort McMurray Oil Barons (AJHL), where he became the franchise's all-time leading scorer. He continued his career at the University of New Brunswick, competing in two national championship tournaments before playing professionally with the Indianapolis Ice. Following his playing career, Adam built an impressive coaching career spanning more than 22 years. His coaching experience includes the Drumheller Dragons (AJHL), Calgary Canucks (AJHL), Olds Grizzlys (AJHL) as Head Coach and General Manager, and most recently coaching the JPHL Calgary Rockies. Throughout his career, he has developed countless players who have advanced to junior, collegiate, and professional hockey. Adam's accomplishments behind the bench include being named Bantam AAA Coach of the Year and earning Mac's Midget Tournament Coach of the Tournament honours, recognizing his ability to develop elite athletes and build championship-calibre teams. Known for his leadership, accountability, and commitment to player development, Adam believes in preparing young athletes for success both on and off the ice. His passion for the game, wealth of experience, and dedication to excellence make him the ideal leader for the Chestermere Mustangs.

Ethan Fraser is an Assistant Coach with the Chestermere Mustangs, serving as the team’s Forward Coach. He brings a strong focus on player development, structure, and accountability, playing a key role in both on-ice development and day-to-day team operations. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to helping athletes grow, Ethan works closely with forwards to develop their skill set, hockey IQ, and offensive consistency. He is dedicated to creating an environment where players are pushed to compete at a high level while continuing to build strong habits and character. His approach emphasizes preparation, communication, and consistency, helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the ice. Prior to his coaching career, Ethan played for the Ontario Junior Reign in the USPHL Premier, where he recorded 23 points (9 goals, 14 assists) in 34 games during the 2024–2025 season. His playing experience provides valuable insight that he now brings into his coaching and development of players.
