Ethan Fraser – Assistant Coach
Ethan returns to the Chestermere Mustangs for his second season as an Assistant Coach, continuing his commitment to developing players and building a winning culture.
Working alongside the coaching staff, Ethan plays an important role in the day-to-day development of the team, helping players improve their skills, hockey IQ, and confidence on the ice. His coaching philosophy is built on preparation, accountability, communication, and consistency, creating an environment where players are challenged to compete at a high level while continuing to grow both as athletes and individuals.
Prior to joining the Mustangs coaching staff, Ethan played for the Ontario Junior Reign in the USPHL Premier during the 2024–2025 season, recording 23 points (9 goals, 14 assists) in 34 games. His recent junior playing experience provides valuable insight that he now shares with the next generation of players.
After helping guide the Mustangs during the 2025–26 season, Ethan returns with familiarity, experience, and a passion for player development. His energy, work ethic, and dedication make him a valuable member of the Chestermere Mustangs coaching staff as the team begins its first season in Chestermere.
